The Absorption Rate Finder tells you how many months supply there are in a given price range.  The higher the number the more homes there are on the market which translates into longer market time.  The lower the number means there are fewer homes on the market and less homes for buyers to choose from.  Lower absorption rates are better for sellers and higher absorption rates are better for buyers.
